Benefit for Katherine Cross
Katherine Cross is a happy, loving, vibrant 11 year old who was diagnosed with Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis in 2004. Since her diagnosis she has been receiving Chemotherapy to control the tumors caused by this blood disorder. In the past 4 months the doctors have had to increase her chemotherapy. In spite of the increased treatment her tumors are growing rapidly. Katherine and her parents will be going to Texas next month for evaluation for new treatment. This trip while necessary is costly. The Christian Fellowship Baptist Church of Gaston will be sponsoring a benefit to help with these costs.
